Synopsis:

A young Norwegian woman lives in Denmark and deals with the lukewarm reviews after the premiere of her first film. Meanwhile, she is trying to figure out what her next project should be about, and whether she has any talent at all.

Recently, I have been fascinated by sketches and the process of creating something quickly. Sketches are a snapshot of a specific day and feeling, which can be incredibly fragile and present. Currently, I spend so much time writing, but I forget to share it with others – I want to get better at that, even if what I produce is not always “perfect”. ‘uden titel (til dig)’ is a piece of music that was created on a day when I was overwhelmed by all the fantastic people around me. The video consists of footage from last summer, from one of the places that has meant a lot to me over the past few years – South Korea.

Melody loses herself to her friend’s betrayal, living with the stains of his true colors on her skin. When her strength returns, so does he, but this time she is ready.

Wil she be able to hold on to who she is now?

A three channel video installation about the reverberations of the colonization of the Danish West Indies, today the U.S. Virgin Islands.
In the film a girl reads aloud from a contemporary school book for high school history classes and in 1905 The Royal Vajsenhus was an orphanage and after the human exhibition in Tivoli Victor Cornelin was sent to school in this very building. Today The Royal Vajsenhus is a primary school.

Night bus
We have longed for traveling these past many months… every day has transcended into the next with almost no change in scenery.

Night bus is a short montage film which passes the inner eye of the beholder, like a dream, from a not so distant past. A postcard that will reawaken the feeling of returning home from a foreign city.
The journey from one of the great pulsating cities of Europe, going back to Denmark. Hypnotised by the lights and landscape, the slow fluidity of the bus ride creates a nexus between our memories and reality – the world that flashes before our eyes.
